The government extended quarantine in Ukraine until April 30, 2021 From February 24, 2021 on the territory of
Ukraine the "yellow" level of epidemic danger is established, according to which it is forbidden:
- to stay in public buildings and structures, public transport without respirators or protective masks covering the nose and mouth;
- to stay on the streets without identity documents;
- arbitrarily leave places of self-isolation, observation;
- to cross the state border by foreigners and stateless persons without an existing insurance policy that covers the costs associated with the treatment of COVID-19, observation, and is valid for the period of stay in Ukraine;
- the same applies to the crossing of entry / exit checkpoints from the temporarily occupied territories in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea by foreigners and stateless persons;
- to hold mass (cultural, sports, entertainment, etc.) events with the participation of more than one person per 4 square meters of building or territory (if the event is held outdoors) or the number of halls over 50% of seats in each room;
- to hold official sports events and matches of team game sports with spectators with a fullness of buildings, premises with spectators more than 50% of seats and at a physical distance of less than 1.5 meters in the case of an event with standing persons;
- to receive visitors in cinemas, other cultural institutions with the fullness of cinemas or halls more than 50% of places (accommodation is carried out in accordance with the checkerboard arrangement, in particular for groups of two people) in each cinema or hall;
- to carry out regular and irregular transportation of passengers in urban, suburban, long-distance, intra-regional and inter-regional communication in the number of more than the number of seats;
work of discos, entertainment establishments (night clubs), restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. with the organization of leisure, including carrying out of celebratory actions, banquets, master classes, public events, etc;
- for restaurants, cafes, bars, snack bars, canteens, cafeterias, cafeterias, etc., is prohibited to work after 24:00 and before 7:00 in addition to the provision of catering services with the implementation of targeted delivery and takeaway orders;
- to place visitors in catering establishments at a distance of less than 2 meters at adjacent tables and more than four people at one table (excluding children under 18 years of age). Visitors must enter and move around the establishment in masks, in addition to sitting at a table to eat and / or drink;
- the work of business entities that serve visitors, in which:
1) there is no marking for staying in line with the distance between customers not less than 1.5 meters;
2) employees are not provided with masks and proper control over their use is not exercised;
3) customers are served without masks, except for service through delivery windows, terraces, etc;
4) centralized collection of used personal protective equipment in separate containers (urns) is not provided;
- the work of institutions providing accommodation services (except for hotels, sanatoriums, institutions and institutions providing social services, rehabilitation institutions);
- to visit educational institutions when more than 50% of students and staff of the institution are in self-isolation due to contact with a patient with a confirmed case of COVID-19;
- to hold mass events in educational institutions with the participation of students from more than one group (class) and in the presence of spectators (visitors);
- to carry out planned hospitalization measures by health care institutions (except for the provision of medical care to pregnant women, parturients, parturients, newborns; patients with oncological and pulmonary diseases; palliative patients; patients in need of highly specialized medical care; and those whose hospitalization may life or health);
- the activities of gyms, fitness centers, which do not provide the opportunity to limit the number of visitors in the hall (one person per 10 square meters of total area, for swimming pools - more than 4 people on one track for individual lessons or 6 people for sports and training groups );
- to visit places of temporary detention of persons, points of temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons who are illegally staying in Ukraine, and points of temporary accommodation of refugees (except for the defenders of these persons);
- to visit the institutions of social protection for the elderly, war and labor veterans, persons with disabilities, etc;
- to provide convicts with permits for short-term trips outside penitentiary institutions.
Quarantine restrictions apply throughout Ukraine, which correspond to the "yellow" level of epidemic danger, and will last from February 24 to April 30, 2021.
